The
Purpose of the Missouri Water Quality Association
To protect and preserve our most precious resource - Water!
The Missouri Water Quality Association (MWQA), a not-for-profit
group, was organized June 26, 1970. The organization is comprised
of water treatment dealers and manufacturers/suppliers of water
treatment products. To these members, it offers educational
programs to further their knowledge in the industry. These programs
qualify for credit in the National Water Quality Association
certification program.
MWQA, in connection with the National WQA, can be a valuable
resource to the consumer wanting to make an educated decision
regarding water treatment equipment.
Semi-annual meetings are held by MWQA to allow opportunities
for educational programs, as well as and industry-peer networking
of ideas and strategies.
Members of the MWQA agree to abide by the WQA Code of Ethics,
which sets forth standards of conduct for industry members in
their dealings with their customers, among themselves, with
members of related industries, and the public at large. The
WQA Code of Ethics can be viewed at the WQA website, www.wqa.org.
